We're crafting your unique brass stamp, heat-stamping your design onto premium leather, and carefully assembling each toque to perfection.

When a customer submits artwork, or it is submitted on their behalf, for the creation of an order, Byward Outfitters assumes that the artwork complies fully with all applicable laws regarding copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights of any third parties. Regardless of any terms specified in any purchase order, including any integration clauses or disclaimers, the submission of artwork for an order is considered an agreement by the customer to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Byward Outfitters against any claims, damages, or costs arising from alleged breaches of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights by a third party due to Byward Outfitters’ use of the artwork for the order. This indemnification agreement is established at the time of artwork submission and is a standalone agreement that is not overridden by any other clauses in a purchase order. Furthermore, this agreement is incorporated into and becomes part of each purchase order made by the customer.
