Hey there, we're Melissa & Trev, the husband & wife duo behind Byward Outfitters. We're making hats for life's everyday adventures - big and small.
We couldn't find it... so we decided to make it
We started Byward Outfitters in 2023 because we couldn't find hats that could keep up with our varied lifestyles. We wanted something that looked good, felt comfortable, and could stand up to whatever the day threw at us.So, we decided to make our own.
We use premium full-grain leather patches that age beautifully, heat-stamped designs that last, and styles that transition seamlessly from work to play. Our hats are ready for anything - just like you.

At Byward, we're not interested in churning out thousands of identical hats. Each one is carefully crafted in our workshop, ensuring a level of quality you can feel. We keep our batches small and our standards high - because we believe your everyday gear should be something special.We see our customers as part of our community.
