Heat-stamped, not laser-engraved
Most leather patches are laser-engraved. The laser burns the surface, a fraction of a millimetre deep, and leaves the patch flat.
We press a heated brass die into full-grain leather instead. The impression goes into the hide, deep enough to feel with your thumb. It doesn’t fade, crack or peel. It wears in with the hat.
A laser mark sits on the surface. A heat stamp goes into the leather and gets better with age.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. 5 hats, any mix of styles and colours. No minimum per style.
How long does it take?
2–3 weeks from proof approval to shipping, then a few days with Canada Post. Need it faster? Ask before you order and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can I see a proof before you make them?
Yes. Ask for a free mockup and nothing gets made until you approve it. Revisions are free. Most mockups go out the same business day.
What file should I send for my logo?
PNG or JPG. A transparent-background PNG works best. Only have a vector file or a low-res logo? Send what you have and we’ll prep it for leather.
Why heat-stamped, not laser-engraved?
We press a heated brass die into full-grain leather, deep enough to feel with your thumb. Laser engraving burns the surface and leaves the patch flat. Heat-stamped patches catch the light, soften with wear and last.
What hat styles can I customize?
Trucker, dad hat, flat brim, 5-panel and jockey, plus toques. Mix any styles and colours in one order. Most people start with the trucker.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The price on the slider is the price you pay, in CAD, shipping aside.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Every hat carries a lifetime warranty. If it fails, we fix it or replace it.
