Where are your products made?

All our hats are finished in our Ottawa workshop. We select premium quality trucker hat bases, then add our craft here in Canada. We handle the design, leather cutting, heat stamping, and patch application ourselves. The leather comes from SB Foot, a heritage tannery with over 100 years of tradition. Canadian-crafted with our personal touch on every step.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items ship within 1-3 days of ordering. No delays. No excuses.

How will you ship my order?

All orders ship from our Ottawa workshop. We use reliable carriers including Canada Post, Purolator and USPS. Every package is insured against loss, theft and damage. Your gear matters to us.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery timeliens vary by location - as quick as next day for Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal. Up to a week or slightly more for remote areas. Every package includes tracking. You'll get a number when your order ships.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

If your order hasn't arrived on time, check the tracking first for updates. No status? Email us at hello@bywardoutfitters.com.

Items arrive damaged? Send us photos of both the packaging and products at hello@bywardoutfitters.com. We'll replace anything damaged in shipping.

Package marked as delivered but missing? Contact us to confirm the address and open a carrier investigation.

I made a mistake on my order - what should I do?

Reach out fast. Use our contact form or email hello@bywardoutfitters.com. If we haven't shipped yet, we'll fix it. Already shipped? We'll work with you on an exchange once it arrives.

Will there be duties or taxes due on arrival?

Made and shipped from Canada, so no duties. Applicable taxes added at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We'll provide simple return instructions for a refund or exchange. No hassles.
