Do I have to design my hat again?
Nope! Unless you want a completely different design that you haven't ordered before. If it's the same design as a previous order, we still have your brass stamp on hand and we'll use it for your new order.
What's the turnaround time on re-orders?
Since we've already got your brass stamp, the turnaround on re-orders is usually faster than your initial order. Depending on your order size we should be able to make and ship your order in 2 weeks or less.

Can I order a different hat style than my last order?
Yes for sure, you can order any hat style or colour that you want even if it's not the same as your previous order.
Can I pay by Cheque, EFT or Email money transfer?
Want to pay by a non-credit card method? Send us a message and we can send you an invoice and give you instructions on making your payment by Interac email money transfer, EFT or cheque.
