What's the turnaround time?

We know you're excited to get your custom hats, and we work hard to make it happen quickly. Typically, we aim to have everything ready to ship in about 2-3 weeks. Here's how it works: First, we create your custom brass stamp. Then we stamp your patches and press your hats.

Re-orders can be faster - since we've already got your brass stamp on hand, we can usually trim down the timeline.

For a more specific timeframe based on your order, just reach out and we'll give you the details.

How does the design process work?

Designing your custom hat is a breeze with our user-friendly online customizer. Start by choosing your hat style, then customize your patch shape and design. You can upload your logo and see a realistic preview of your hat before ordering. If you need any assistance, you also have the option of sending us your logo to help you get started.

While we can't create or significantly alter designs, we're happy to help you get started with our online customizer - just send us your logo and we'll get things going for you.

What type of leather do you use?

We use only premium, full-grain leather for our patches. This is the highest quality leather available, known for its durability and natural beauty. Full-grain leather ages beautifully over time, developing a unique patina that adds character to your hat. It's just one more way we ensure your custom hat stands out and stands the test of time.

What leather patch shapes are available?

We offer more than 10 different leather patch shapes for our hats and standalone patches, giving you plenty of options to make your product truly unique. If you have a specific shape in mind that you don't see listed, just let us know - we might have it! Looking for something truly one-of-a-kind? We can also create new and custom shapes upon request. Our goal is to make sure your patch perfectly complements your brand or logo.
